We are seeking exceptional analysts to join our research team. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in a relevant domain with the analytical acumen to translate complex research into actionable investment theses.

Responsibilities: Conduct original research on technology, industrials, and macro themes. Produce written analysis for internal investment committees. Develop and maintain sector-specific models and frameworks. Present findings to senior investment professionals.

Requirements: Advanced degree in a relevant technical field (engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics) or equivalent industry experience. 2-5 years in equity research, investment banking, or relevant technical role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated passion for markets and technology.

The Stallion Scholarship Programme identifies exceptional undergraduates for deferred entry into our research team. Successful candidates receive financial support throughout the remainder of their degree and a guaranteed position upon graduation.

Programme Benefits:Annual scholarship stipend paid quarterly throughout your degree: £40,000 per year for three-year Bachelor's programmes (£120,000 total) or £30,000 per year for four-year integrated Master's programmes (£120,000 total). Eligibility: Incoming undergraduate at a leading university. Studying a relevant technical discipline: engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics, economics, or related fields. Demonstrable interest in financial markets and technology. Strong academic trajectory.

Selection Process: Applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates complete a written analytical exercise and interview with senior research staff. We seek evidence of intellectual curiosity, independent thinking, and genuine passion for markets.
